HYBRID PRESS CONFERENCE
WITH LIVE TRANSMISSION FROM MUNICH
A hybrid press conference is a press conference in which some of the press representatives follow the press conference on site and other media representatives are connected online. They follow the press conference digitally via a livestream and can also submit questions to the press spokespersons directly online. Hybrid press conferences are becoming increasingly popular because they allow journalists and reporters who cannot be on site locally to participate.

Our Studio Munich allows the participation of 3-6 media representatives. They can sit comfortably in our meeting room during the PK. Our studio has the necessary livestream technology to stream the event directly live. Whether for social media, Youtube or on your website. If you wish, we can also programme a participation tool for the media representatives so that they can ask you questions directly.
We have several 4K cameras that we select depending on the PK and the number of speakers. This allows us to switch back and forth between different perspectives during the stream, such as long shot and close-up, instead of working with just one camera and one frame. For the audio transmission, we use headsets, classic table microphones or handheld microphones, just as you prefer.

Our studio is conveniently located directly in Munich’s Werksviertel. It is therefore easy to reach us by local and long-distance train via the Ostbahnhof station. For both you and the press representatives travelling to your press conference from Munich, the journey to and from the studio is correspondingly relaxed. Of course, we will also be happy to provide drinks and pretzels.
