DIGITAL SYMPOSIUM OF THE GERMAN YOUTH INSTITUTE FROM LIVESTREAM STUDIO MUNICH

What seemed unthinkable a few years ago is now standard: digital conferences. No annoying travel to a fixed conference location, but a conference that everyone can attend digitally on the spur of the moment. No travel stress, no expensive renting of a large location. The German Youth Institute also decided to hold a purely digital conference. The conference was streamed live from the Munich studio.

Virtual conference from Livestream Studio Munich.

The renowned research institute streamed a virtual event about an OECD survey of skilled workers in the education sector. Two studios were used for the event. In the Entertainment Studio, the moderator led through the program from a standing table, and from the Green Screen Studio, a colleague moderated a parallel livestream for another virtual conference room. As a livestream agency and service provider, Stream1 used a total of 6 HD and 4K cameras to switch between multiple perspectives in both studios.

Complete live broadcast with event website

During the breaks, a conference room was available for all participants to relax.

The livestream agency Stream1 was responsible for the entire broadcast. As a streaming partner, the agency streamed the live event directly to all participants. Beforehand Stream1 programmed an own live event website with restricted access and chat function for the participants.
