It’s as if the sun is laughing in your face: that’s how warming it looks when you look at the camera image. The reason: a breakfast egg-colored stage back wall, created by our graphic designer. And where was it? At our Livestream Studio Munich – of course!
Individual setup for every livestream
Yes – the connoisseurs among you know: we like to rearrange our furniture for the customer, order new equipment or create individual backgrounds. That’s what our studio is for! Also our countless plants, pictures and “toys” can be moved and used as you like. For backdrop and camera perspective there are also more possibilities than we can list.
On behalf of the DJI (Deutsches Jugendinstitut e.V.) we created a yellow and white stage back wall for their hybrid event. Quickly printed and set up, it made our studio look almost like a new location. With the file created by our graphic designer, it was also possible to use the background virtually.
Furthermore, we built a landing page for the stream of the event in the course of the order. This was adapted to the design of the stage backdrop.
For the livestream itself, interested parties had to register beforehand. However, the content did not disappear afterwards. For another full year, the entire package of knowledge will be available to the public on the website.
In the studio itself, 3 softboxes, a Bicolour Light panel set, and an Astera LED spotlight were used to provide optimal lighting for the speakers. We also integrated 3 PTZ cameras to the truss cage. So we can mount camera and co. from most different angles and offer a great spectacle in the stream.

But what are actually the advantages of producing a stream from our studio in Munich?
Firstly, we are centrally located at the Ostbahnhof station in Munich’s Werksviertel district and therefore easy to reach. You are not using public transport? No problem, we can provide you with a parking space.
Secondly, our studio can be customized to meet your individual needs. Means: No matter what you want your audience to see: we make it possible!
Moreover, we don’t just have a perfect livestream studio. Our technical professionals from Stream1 are also on site and on hand!
In addition, our office space next door offers a retreat for speakers who cannot participate in the stream undisturbed at home or in the office. Thus, they also benefit from our fail-safe internet at the same time.
