The Munich Security Conference is an institution of security policy. Every year, key politicians and experts in foreign and defense policy gather in Munich to discuss the current security situation. This year, together with Lobeco, we realized numerous live broadcasts directly from the conference hotel – including a CNN interview with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
During the three-day conference, we set up our mobile livestream studio directly at the Bayerischer Hof. In stand-by mode, we were ready to go live directly at any time. Because sometimes it has to go fast: Live broadcast with the Deputy Secretary General of NATO on Romanian TV? Digital press conference with the Japanese Foreign Minister? Spontaneous Instagram Live for the accounts of the security conference? Often it had to happen very quickly and every move had to be perfect. We also found out about Olaf Scholz’s visit to our streaming studio just 20 minutes beforehand – there was even another livestream running with the former Pakistani foreign minister.
But we delivered 😉 With a well-coordinated team and high-quality technology, we can also successfully implement special customer projects. The MSC experience was great fun – and everything went smoothly.
